Tour condition

• All of our tour are started from Bali, any special request can be discussed with us.
• All tour are in private car with fully air-conditioned car.
• Tour prices are clear,mean NO HIDDEN CHARGE
• The price of tour includes: Full AC Car, English Speaking Driver, Gasoline
• For booking tour can made via online by submit your tour request in our website, we will reply via email for the details trip you request after received your inquiry
• If you are in Bali, can do booking also via phone call by dial our number or whatSapp at +6287761896457 , then we’ll pick up as our timing schedule.
• Payment made by cash payment upon pick up by our tour driver, can accepted either in US$ and Rupiah or others currency Based on latest exchange rate. For online payment only through Bank Transfer
• Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one month prior to clients arrival
• No-Show charge of 100% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be levied if pax no show upon their confirmed arrival date

• All prices which is presented for service and product can change and the price not final yet until full payment of service and product pertinent accepted.

PRIVACY POLICY

• Your reservation is abolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.
• Royal BalinTour takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights.

CASH PAYMENT

Most of our guests choose cash payment on the day of the tour, you can do this cash payment, we will collect for payment when you start the tour on the day itself

BANK TRANSFER

Payment can also be made via bank transfer, after the booking is confirmed, we will send an invoice along with a bank account to make the payment
